Join a collaborative, clinic-based team in Women & Children's Services at the Autism Center , where compassionate, evidence-based care is at the heart of everything we do. This Behavior Analyst role offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality early intervention without the pressure of billable hour requirements. Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule, protected supervision time, and paid documentation time-so you can fully support children and families while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With dedicated parent coaching time, strong administrative support, and a manageable caseload, this role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate, playful, and committed to ethical, assent-based care.

Required qualifications:

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related clinical field. Or

Bachelor's Degree.

Upon hire: Washington Behavioral Analyst License.

2 years Experience in Preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old.

Experience in Preschool and/or early intervention setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Consultation and supervision experience

Participation in interdisciplinary settings.

Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy.

Experience with providing parent support, coaching, and education
