Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities.
Conduct skill acquisition assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior treatment plans.
Supervise ABA therapists, provide direct intervention when needed, and monitor treatment progress through data-driven documentation.
Provide parent/caregiver and therapist training and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers, including SLPs, OTs, pediatricians, and psychologists.
Participate in program development, staff training, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Requirements
Master s degree required.
Current BCBA certification/licensure required.
Minimum 1 year of direct ABA experience with children with autism; 5 years preferred.
Experience supervising ABA therapists and collaborating with families and clinical/educational teams preferred.
EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Experience in a hospital/health system preferred.
Basic Excel skills required.
Schedule
Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
40 hours/week; no weekends.
Semi-flexible schedule across two nearby sites.
13-week contract, with potential for extension or conversion.
