About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavior Analyst / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for patients.

This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, supervision, caregiver education, and collaboration with Behavior Technicians and other service providers. It is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys making a direct impact while helping families and clinical teams achieve meaningful, measurable progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians, caregivers, families, and other individuals responsible for implementing treatment plans.

  • Conduct patient supervision in person or through telehealth as clinically appropriate.

  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy when required by the treatment plan.

  • Monitor patient progress, behavioral data, and program effectiveness.

  • Complete assessments, progress reports, six-month authorization reports, and other required clinical documentation.

  • Develop and update patient programs and IEP goals.

  • Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.

  • Communicate program changes to caregivers and members of the ABA team.

  • Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other service providers.

  • Maintain accurate documentation while following HIPAA requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field required.

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA license through the Psychology Board required.

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, and behavioral observation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with patients displaying aggressive, self-injurious, or other challenging behaviors.

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between job sites.

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements associated with direct patient care.

Work may take place in homes, ABA therapy centers, community settings, and outdoor environments.
