About the Role:
Creating Balance Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL! Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting FBAs and designing comprehensive ABA-based treatment programs
• Strong knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to care
