What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Analyst, you will provide high-quality, family-centered services grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, you will:
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youth
Develop, implement, and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisions
Provide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home, school, community)
Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomes
What You'll Need:
Master’s Degree in a mental health or related field (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required)
BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and best practices
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40 hour work week
