Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
  • Write programs for students to assist in:
  • Teaching skill deficits
  • Maintaining acquired skills
  • Teaching self-help and coping skills
  • Building capacity and developing effective routines to address school avoidance behaviors
  • Train staff on FBAs and PBSPs.
  • Systematically evaluate the consistent implementation of PBSPs through:
  • Personal observation
  • Staff and parent/caregiver consultation
  • Progress monitoring of student attendance data
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, families, and educational teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Train and support staff in implementing behavior strategies and data collection.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • 2 years experience working in educational or community-based settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Supporting the Following Areas for the Remainder of the 25/26 SY and 26/27 SY:

  • CCIU Programs - Child and Career Development Centers (Various Locations)
  • Mental Health Treatment Programs
  • Early Childhood Education
  • ABA Clinics
  • Chester County, and neighboring school districts 2025/2026 SY

Salary:

  • Project, Level 15, Exempt $75,349 - $94,187 annually, based upon experience - 260 days, 12 months
  • Project, Level 15, Exempt $57,961.60 - $72,452 annually, based upon experience - 200 days, 10 months
  • 2026/2027 SY Salary:
  • Project, Level 15, Exempt $77,987 - $97,483 annually, based upon experience - 260 days, 12 months
  • Project, Level 15, Exempt $59,989.58 - $74,986.92 annually, based upon experience - 200 days, 10 months
