Location: Orange County or Seminole County, Florida
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience) Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
Job Description: HealthPlus Staffing is assisting one of our preferred clients in their search for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, has reliable transportation, and is preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide home and school supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct parent training to support the implementation of behavior plans
Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
