Salary: $92,000/year + monthly performance bonus + comprehensive benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | 1 day hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making.
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
• Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, clinical committees, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
• Participate in clinical development, quality improvement, research, and collaboration initiatives.

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $92,000/year
• Monthly Performance Bonus: $500–$1,300/month
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $16,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
