Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Pike County program is seeking a qualified Behavior Consultant with a Masters degree. This role involves providing hands-on therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Key responsibilities include direct therapy and counseling, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of these plans. The ideal candidate will embody and uphold the YAP philosophy, mission, and core principles in their work. License supervision opportunities may be available for eligible candidates.

Availability: Flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications/Requirements: • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work; • Licensed Staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or staff with BS Licensure is preferred; • Licensed staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or BS Licensure is preferred. • Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Familiarity with treatment plan development and implementation is preferred; • Basic computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office; • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current automobile coverage is required. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
