Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Location: 1405 Shady Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (Clinic Hours Vary) BHTs work a weekly schedule that includes two 10-hour shifts, two 8-hour shifts, and one 4-hour shift on Friday. Ten-hour shifts are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and eight-hour shifts are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Friday shift: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. Please note that late shifts are not guaranteed on specific days and may vary. About the Team The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh provides comprehensive and holistic services for children with autism and related disorders between the ages of 18 months to 21 years old. We offer a range of programs, including both individual and Group Therapy to best meet the needs of each child. We provide individual and group ABA services in a clinical setting. Parent training is a key part of our program and can occur in person in the clinic or via telehealth. The ABA program collaborates directly with in-house speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and nutrition/feeding programs where appropriate. About the Position The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one on one Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children, youth, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting.
