Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)
Excellent Compensation
Hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, M-F
Pay: $60-$65 hr
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Primary buildings are three of our elementary schools, Hallowell, Simmons, and Blair Mill. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supporting implementation of PBSPs, consulting with professional and support staff, providing training for professional and support staff.
Primary age group is K-5 though there may be consult at the 6-12 level
Requirements:
Current BCBA Certification — Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - issued by the PA Department of State under the State Board of Medicine
1-2 years experience working in a school setting
