Brief Description

The Board of Education of Spotswood Public is currently accepting applications to fill the position of Behavior Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or evidence of coursework toward appropriate certificate.
• Valid NJ Department of Education certificate preferred.
• Successful experience working with children with special needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and school personnel.
• Knowledge of diverse needs of children with disabilities and appropriate special education classroom practices.
• Required criminal history check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status

Salary Range

$55,000-$96,500 commensurate with experience
