Position Details
Job Title: Behavior Technician
Schedule: Flexible + On-Call Opportunities
Setting: K-12 School Environments
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour (weekly pay!)
Contract Length: Remainder of the school year with summer and next-school-year extensions available
Training: Paid training and onboarding provided
What You'll Do
Provide behavioral support to students in classroom, small-group, and 1:1 settings
Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of school or clinical staff
Document student progress and follow behavior protocols
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams
Maintain a positive, encouraging environment that supports student growth
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or students (school-based experience a plus!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain patient, calm, and supportive
Reliability and willingness to work in an on-call or flexible schedule
Interest in growing within education, ABA, or behavioral health fields

High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
