Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and succeed? Orchard Learning & Behavior Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized, evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 and small group formats
• Use reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA strategies
• Track and document client progress through data collection
• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts, families, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Follow ethical guidelines and ensure client safety at all times

Schedule & Pay

• $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Regular weekday hours: 8:15 AM–3:45 PM
• Performance evaluations conducted three times per year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain professional, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Focused and swift to be able to play with and support kids
• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
