Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
- Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
- Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
- Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
Qualifications:- Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
