Early Childhood Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Battle Creek, Michigan

Who We Are:We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time

• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)

• Previous experience working with children

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
