Location & Setting:  Center-based, Hybrid (Center + In-home services), In-home

Schedule:  Part-time, flexible

Pay Rate:  $23–$26 per hour

Start Date:  Immediate opening

POSITION OVERVIEW

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.

This role is a great fit for patient, energetic people looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Build strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in both a center and an in-home setting
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays is a plus
  • Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes
