  • Behavior Support: Implement prescribed antecedent strategies, replacement-skill programs, reinforcement procedures, and behavior-reduction protocols consistently and safely.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on learner performance, skill acquisition, and target behaviors in accordance with the treatment plan.
  • Documentation: Complete session notes, progress documentation, incident reports, and other required records accurately and within established timelines.
  • Supervision and Training: Participate in ongoing supervision, training, modeling, and performance feedback provided by a BCBA or CBAA.
  • Caregiver and Team Communication: Maintain professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the learner's treatment team while remaining within the BT scope of practice.
  • Generalization: Support learners in using acquired skills across people, activities, routines, and natural home and community environments.
  • Professional and Ethical Conduct: Maintain learner dignity, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards while following all agency policies and applicable professional requirements.
  • Qualifications
  • Certification: A current RBT certification is preferred for the job. (WE CAN HELP CERTIFY)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges is preferred, but not required.
  • Background: Able to pass a background check
