Passionate Individuals: No formal experience? No problem! If you have experience working with children with developmental disabilities (personal or volunteer-based), well provide all the training and support you need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Work one-on-one with children in clinical, home, and community settings to help them develop essential life skills.
Collect and record detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Assist children in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills for greater independence.

Requirements:
Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Must pass a background check.
A passion for working with children with developmental disabilities is essential.
