We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with daytime hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM and the potential for up to 30 hours per week.
In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be to support clients in achieving individualized goals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques while ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress and behaviors
Assist in the implementation of behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies
Support clients during therapy sessions by encouraging positive behaviors and developmental skill acquisition
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure consistency in treatment implementation
Educate clients and families on behavioral therapy techniques and treatment goals as appropriate
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding medical records and documentation
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required session notes and documentation
