Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Cabot Heights provides behavioral health services to boys between the ages of 13 to 17 in a group home residential setting.
Overview:
The Behavior Health Technician Manager is responsible for the accountability/implementation of the clinical model in the program. This position will oversee day-to-day operation of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning and compliance. Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.

Base pay ranges from $20.2255 - $21.8558 an hour based on experience.
