To work with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders in a 1:1 in home or community based setting implementing ABA methods and procedures. Behavior Technicians receive individual and group supervision from Program Managers and BCBA's, as well as attend team meetings and scheduled training. Behavior Technicians will complete requirements to become Registered Behavior Technicians through the BACB and will be expected to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.
