About the Role:
Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Marlborough, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
  • Must pass a background check prior to employment
