What You’ll Do:- Complete training and skills competency before working independently.
- Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy (minimum 2-hour sessions) using ABA principles.
- Support children with autism in their homes, schools, or community settings.
- Follow and implement clinical programs created by our Clinical Team.
- Collect data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with team members, office staff, and families.
- Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling, timesheets, and responding to messages.
Qualifications:- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Enjoy teaching and playing with kids.
- Must have High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Must be punctual and responsive.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and perform physical activities like kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and playing with children.

Our therapy rooms open onto a huge wharf with a dock below and adjacent (almost) private park and beach. At CLASS, Inc. every staff person is important and we work together to provide interesting therapy that is fun for us as well as fun for our clients! Weekly staff meetings are dedicated to collaboration and continuing education. However, CLASS, Inc. is about more than therapy; we love fun and games! Our staff enjoys gathering for corporate sponsored Mariner's games, mud runs, pizza dinners and after-work drinks on the wharf.
