Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!As a BT at our Randolph Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You'll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.What You'll do, your impact

What You'll Bring

Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)Experience: 1+ years experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesCommunication Mastery: communication and interpersonal skillsTeam Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.Learning Mindset: Embrace a thirst for knowledge and a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), driving continuous improvement and innovation.
