The Richland School District is seeking a Behavior Technician to begin as soon as possible. This is a year-round position, 7.25 hours per day, 5 days per week, with breaks between trimesters. A High School Diploma is required. The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and plays a critical role in assisting the BCBA in implementing individualized treatment plans to create lasting, positive change for students. A high school diploma is required. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or experience working with children (ages 4-12) within the areas of psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech & hearing, therapeutic settings, or related fields is preferred.

The Richland School District serves approximately 1172 students in the city of Richland Center and the greater Richland County area. We are located in the beautiful Driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. The historic city of Richland Center is a regional hub located between Madison and La Crosse.
