What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents
Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills
Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA
Track progress and document session notes
Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team

No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
Strong communication and time management skills
Reliable transportation+ valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius
(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)
Schedule Requirements:
Afternoon availability (after school hours)
At least 4 days per week
Occasional weekend availability may be requested

Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old.
Pass a criminal background check and TB test and drug screening.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if providing in-home services.
