$27/hr paid weekly | Monday to Friday school schedule | District-wide float position

Covelo Group is hiring experienced Behavior Technician Floaters to support K-12 students throughout the Concord area. • Earn $27/hr with weekly pay
  • Consistent Monday to Friday school schedule
  • Work across multiple school campuses within the district
  • Gain experience with a variety of students, grade levels, and classroom settings
  • Expand your skills by partnering with different educators and support teams
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to K-12 students
  • Travel to assigned school sites based on daily district staffing needs
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), IEP goals, and 504 accommodations
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
  • Collect behavioral data and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to support student success
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms, students, and school routines while maintaining consistent support

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT) is required
  • Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to step into new school environments and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned school sites throughout the district
  • Availability to work a consistent Monday to Friday school schedule
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
