Job Summary We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
