Bluemind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Ypsilanti, MI. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision sessions
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols consistently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
