Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Nurse (LPN) to join our integrated care team. This position plays a vital role in supporting patients receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder services by providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment, and partnering closely with providers to improve patient outcomes.
As a Behavioral Health Nurse, you'll work in a collaborative environment where medical and behavioral health services come together to provide whole-person care.
