Description / Position Overview
Behavioral Health Clinical Navigator I
In this (special, at-will) grant-funded position, you will play a critical role in the CPH (Community and Public Health) division of the CSFD (Colorado Springs Fire Department). You will be responsible for performing assessments, intensive case management, behavior modification, and solution focused treatment for members of our CPH programs. We are currently hiring for the TAP Team (Transitional Assistance Program). In this role you will be part of an intensive navigation team assisting individuals exiting the criminal justice system and reintegrating back into our community.
This is a grant funded position with funding through June 2027 with the possibility of extension.
Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. OR Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.

Do you have a masters degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field?

Do you have one (1) or more years of full-time experience working with patients in a behavioral health setting (internships will count toward this experience)?
