    Harbor Care is seeking an independently licensed Integrated Care Behavioral Health Clinician to join our mission-driven team, providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

    This is more than a clinical role-it's an opportunity to be part of an organization committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness through integrated care. You'll work alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex and co-occurring needs.

    Location: Nashua, NH

    Schedule: Licensed Clinicians may enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, offering balance while maintaining strong client connection and team collaboration.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy
    • Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and clinical evaluations
    • Support clients in crisis with appropriate intervention and care planning
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team across services
    • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
    • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records, or reporting requirements

    Loan Repayment Opportunities:

    As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you may be eligible for:

    • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program ($50K-$250K)
    • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
    • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field
    • Licensed in New Hampshire as an LICSW, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
    • Strong understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations
    • Experience with EMR systems and general computer proficiency
    • Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and apply DSM-5 criteria
    • Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Dual licensure (LADC or MLADC)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
