Provide psychotherapeutic services assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services.

Shift/Hours/Days- Monday- Friday- Two Days 10AM-6PM, two days 12PM-8PM, Friday- 8AM-4PM

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services.

• Along with patient, and potential parent/guardian, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.

• Able to provide individual, group, and family therapy services.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.

• Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records.

• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health.

• Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources.

• Complete all mandatory AH trainings and competencies as assigned
