Provide short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, martial, family, and group treatment.

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients seeking behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues.
• Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.
• Provides individual, group and family counseling for patients.
• Along with patient, develop treatment plans for patient, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care.
• Completes required documentation and charting of patient encounters in a timely manner.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health.
• Meets with supervisor for clinical supervision, participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, concerns and planning.
• Advocates for patients and assist them in accessing community resources.
• Completes all mandatory AHS trainings and competencies as assigned.
