Description:
• This position involves managing and evaluating behavioral health conditions remotely within the tri-state area.
• It requires reviewing medical records, interacting with providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 
• Proficiency in general technology tools is necessary.

Requirements:
• Evaluate and analyze behavioral health conditions through medical records.
• Interact with providers to obtain additional behavioral health information.
• Authorize services based on medical necessity independently.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
• Act as a patient advocate and resource for members.
• Ensure requests are covered within the member's benefit plan.
• Meet regulatory turnaround time and departmental productivity goals.

Qualifications:
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or active PA Licensed RN, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three years of behavioral health clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Behavioral health utilization management experience required.
• Medical management/precertification experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using general technology tools.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
