Behavioral Health Coach

Part-Time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate Mountain Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality behavioral health coaching through telehealth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and case managers.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Pilot experimental coaching protocols and contribute to the advancement of mental health care.

Required Qualifications:

• PREFERRED: Certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) [ https://members.nbhwc.org/search/newsearch.asp ].

• ICF Coaching Certification, NBC-HWC, or Master's degree in psychology (unlicensed).

• Experience in telehealth and comfort with a dynamic, technology-driven work environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping individuals improve their mental health.
