Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs achieve meaningful progress? Join our team as a Behavioral Health Consultant, where you'll serve as a clinical expert, consultant, and educator for patients whose behavioral challenges require specialized assessment and intervention beyond standard treatment approaches.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, and families to develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment strategies that improve safety, engagement, and outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to lead behavior assessment and intervention efforts across inpatient and residential settings while mentoring staff and advancing evidence-based behavioral care.
