Basic Function:
The Behavioral Health and Clinical Services (BHCS) Data Specialist supports in maintaining accurate data, improving reporting systems, supporting EHR workflows, and assisting with psychiatric scheduling. This position helps optimize quality, compliance, scheduling, data integrity, and reporting efforts to support clinical operations, leadership decision-making, and the overall mission of Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Mental/Physical Demands: Ability to conceptualize and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds. Environmental Conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Duties are performed in a typical office environment. No unusual or adverse working conditions exist.
