Behavioral Health Director

$154,500–$185,450 + full benefits. Reports to the COO.

A 50-year-old non-profit community health center serving ~25,000 patients across the Sierra foothills is seeking a Behavioral Health Director to lead its integrated behavioral health programs through a major growth phase — including a third clinic opening in 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in psychology or social work
• Current CA licensure as Psychologist or LCSW
• 5+ years as a BH clinician, at least half in leadership
• FQHC/community-health experience strongly preferred
