Salary: $154,500- $190,000 full time annual salary.

Duties:
- Provide integrated behavioral health care by assessing, diagnosing, and delivering brief, evidence-based interventions within the primary care setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement whole-person care plans that address behavioral health and substance use needs.
- Lead and supervise the Behavioral Health program, including team development, performance management, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality improvement initiatives, and effective use of resources, including grants and budgets.
- Serve as a key partner across departments and in the community to strengthen integrated care, enhance patient access, and promote culturally responsive services.

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in psychology or social work.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- 5+ experience working as a Behavioral Health Clinician, with 2+ years in leadership
- Knowledge of behavioral health standards of care, regulatory requirements, and the organizational and clinical integration of behavioral health with primary care.
- Proficiency in EMR, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
