Position Overview
Under the direction of the supervisor, the Behavioral Health Helpline Coordinator serves in a lead capacity for day-to-day operations and clinical oversight within the areas of responsibility. Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team in accordance with Indiana licensure standards. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and provides emergency services as required.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day clinical operations for a live behavioral health helpline, providing oversight and guidance to Helpline Specialists handling crisis calls. You'll conduct telephonic crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment (C-SSRS), and real-time triage — connecting callers in crisis or seeking behavioral health support to the right level of care. You'll also oversee staff training, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as a clinical liaison across departments.
