  • Hourly Pay Rate: $43.55

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and support the mental health needs of pediatric patients in residential care
  • Assist with medication administration and proper documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members during patient rounds
  • Assist with physical or chemical restraints when necessary, adhering to protocols
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for youth
  • Document care activities accurately and timely
  • Participate in team meetings and shift handoffs

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license (Arkansas or multistate license)
  • Completion of AHA BLS certification
  • CPI certification (training available at the facility if needed)
  • 1-2 years of behavioral health experience, with pediatric focus preferred

Preferred:
  • Experience working with youth in residential or behavioral health settings
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
