POSITION: BH Nurse Manager The Registered Nurse (RN) Manager provides direct nursing services for clinic patients, as well as general oversight and coordination of Medical Assistants and the health support team for their assigned clinic or program. Nursing duties may include triage, chronic care management, preventative care, patient education, infection prevention and immunizations for patients across the lifespan. DUTIES: * Provides day to day oversight, leadership and coordination of health support staff, ensuring: adequate coverage for provider support, assigned tasks are completed and effective workflows are developed and followed* Completes training and competencies for assigned Medical Assistants and support staff. * Responsible for hiring staff, providing ongoing feedback to staff, scheduling regular individual check-ins with staff, facilitating team meetings, monitoring performance, and addressing any performance concerns in a timely manner. * Please see employer's website for full job description. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Current license to practice as an RN in the State of CO * 3 Years of Nursing Experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care, primary care or psychiatric care * Advanced Microsoft computer skills * Valid Driver's License Flu immunization, Annual TB screening, CPI training, BLS PRO certification required within 90 days of hire PREFERRED SKILLS: * Masters Degree in Nursing * 2 Years Experience in a Supervisory/Leadership Role WAGE: $38.00 - $45.06/ Hour - depending on experience BENEFITS: Paid time off, Medical/ Dental/ Vision Insurance, Long/ Short Term Disabilitym401k, Pet Insurance Life Insurance, College Invest plans, Annual Wellness Benefits.
