- Must have active KY PMHNP license and DEA
- Established group with 2 physicians 6 APRNs
- Full time, outpatient only, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Potential for call and weekday/weekend inpatient rounding in the future
- 12-14 patients per day
