Hours: Flexible, 32 - 40 hours/week

The Behavioral Health Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support adolescent behavioral health and wellness. This role will manage program operations, grant requirements, reporting, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services. This candidate will lead, assign tasks, and direct services provided by program clinicians The ideal candidate will also have experience in program management, adolescent behavioral health, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve program goals and positive youth outcomes. This position is supported by grant funding from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field. Experience with program management. Eligibility for LCSW-A preferred.
