Minimum Qualifications

A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus four years of experience providing behavioral health treatment; OR

A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus three years of experience providing behavioral health treatment.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

As a Behavioral Health Program Director B, the incumbent will:

  • provide leadership and daily operational oversight for the Care Coordination division in accordance with priorities established by the Director of Access, Crisis and Care Coordination and the agency

  • direct regional care coordination and targeted case management operations for children, adults, and families and establishes consistent referral, assignment, care-planning, authorization, reassessment, transition, and closure processes

  • develop and maintains referral relationships, resource information, eligibility guidance, partner contacts, and feedback processes that assist staff and individuals with housing, transportation, food, utilities, benefits, employment, legal assistance, recovery support, family support, and other barriers to care
