The Behavioral Health RN provides specialized nursing care to patients experiencing mental health and psychiatric disorders in Primary Care Clinic setting.The BH HR is responsible for assessing patients’ mental and emotional status, developing and implementing individualized care and treatment plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient responses.Behavioral Health RNs play a key role in crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and promoting a safe, supportive environment for recovery.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, to coordinate comprehensive care.Strong communication skills, empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors are essential in this role.
