COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, VA
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing services to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders with the Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team. The team provides comprehensive services that includes community intensive case management, crisis intervention and stabilization as well as assistance with obtaining and maintaining entitlements, resources, and services to meet basic needs. The team includes a nurses, psychiatric providers, senior clinician, supervisor, and behavioral health specialists. The team provides engagement and treatment services in a variety of community settings such as homes, shelters, employment sites, jails, and hospitals. Intensive case management services are highlighted by a strong emphasis on recovery, advocacy, empowerment, and partnership. Schedule and Location: Work hours for the position are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some evening and alternative schedules may be required to meet client’s needs. - The CSB provides clinical supervision for employees who are registered as licensed eligible mental health in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner or Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
- In addition, to recognize and reinforce the importance of professional development and enhance future recruitment of licensed professionals, if approved, the licensure supervisors will receive a stipend of $1,500 paid out biweekly over a 12-month period whether for one or more Department of Health licensure candidates.
- License/Certification Reimbursement - Reimbursement for job related licenses and/or certifications once per year.
