We are seeking an empathetic, proactive Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) day shift 7am-3pm to join our amazing team. Your Impact
In this vital role, you will directly support our clients' recovery journeys. You will maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment during the essential day shift. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety: Patrol campus perimeters and residential dorms regularly.
• Monitor Wellbeing: Observe client behaviors and track daily activities closely.
• Support Clinical Teams: Report health or safety concerns to clinicians immediately.
• Build Life Skills: Assist clients with daily living habits and hygiene.
• Provide Encouragement: Offer positive reinforcement to motivate clients daily.
• Maintain Documentation: Complete shift logs and incident reports accurately using computers.

What You Bring

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: One year of BHT experience preferred.
• Specialization: Background working with substance abuse populations preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic computer software and digital logs.
• Traits: Strong interpersonal boundaries, adaptability, and deep empathy.
